We're building companies that run themselves.

That's an enormous task, and nobody gets there in one jump. So we broke it into three phases. Each one has to genuinely work before the next one makes sense, and each one is useful on its own.

Here's the plan.

Shipping

First, we stand where the work happens. One key in front of every model, every call routed and receipted. We can't automate work we can't see running.
